The Parent Agency

The story follows Barry Bennett, a boy who is unhappy with his name and his ordinary life. On his ninth birthday, he makes a wish that he could have better parents and a different life. Suddenly, he is transported to a strange parallel world called the Parent Agency, where children are allowed to ?design? and select their ideal parents.
